Video footage: Where your package includes editing or post-production, we may receive and process video footage captured on our equipment during your event. Please see Section 5 for how we handle this.

If you do not wish your footage to be used for marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing before your event. We will never use footage containing nudity, distressing content, or anything inappropriate.

Opting out of marketing use does not affect the quality control review process where footage is reviewed solely to deliver your edited video.

  • Courier and shipping providers — to arrange delivery and return of equipment
